有兩問卷調查探討即時通訊(Instant Messenging)於衝突管理與溝通迴避的應用，調查研究對象是針對在工作協作中有以即時通訊(IM)作為溝通工具。

The two questionnaires (2 links below) focus on Instant Messaging (IM) Communication in Conflict Management & Avoidance Response, which relates to organisation internal task and interpersonal communication. The focused respondents are employees who apply Instant Messaging (IM) communication in work collaboration.The focused respondents are employees who apply Instant Messaging (IM) communication in work collaboration. 

Each questionnaire may take you 10 minutes to respond. There are two DIFFERENT scenarios (Task-based & Relationship-based conflict) in each questionnaire, type of questions in the second scenario (Relationship-based conflict) are repeated in the first scenario (Task-based conflict).
